Family Support Social Worker

About Our Team:
We are seeking a highly skilled Social Care Specialist to join our established team in Warwickshire. The role is based at Nuneaton Justice Centre, where you will work alongside multi-agency professionals to provide high-quality support to vulnerable teenagers.
Our Family Adolescent Support Team (FAST) provides services and interventions with families and young people under a Child in Need plan. You will be working in a dynamic and creative environment to promote disruption to contextual risks and increase safety for our young people in the community.
This is an exciting time to be part of our team as we have been chosen to deliver the Families First for Children Pathfinder Programme. As a key member of our team, you will help shape and influence the future of children's social care.
Key Responsibilities:- To work within a multi-disciplinary setting to promote disruption to contextual risks and increase safety for our young people in the community.
- To provide high-quality support to vulnerable teenagers and their families.
- To work closely with multi-agency professionals to develop and implement effective interventions.
