At Vanparison Leasing, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our sales admin team, you'll play a vital role in championing great service and ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support throughout their journey with us.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel and Word), as well as strong telephone and interpersonal skills. You'll work closely with our sales team to provide seamless support to customers from order placement to delivery and beyond.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Communicate effectively with customers and the sales team to ensure a culture of quality and excellence is maintained.
  2. Act as a complete sales support touchpoint, providing expert guidance and assistance to both customers and colleagues.
  3. Liaise with suppliers to ensure vehicles are prepared and delivered in line with customer expectations.
  4. Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and minimum standards, as well as statutory requirements such as trading standards, fire, health, and safety.
  5. Provide telephone support during busy periods and manage complaints in accordance with established processes and procedures.
What We Offer
