Main Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers at Norwich Airport. This will include checking in passengers and baggage, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and efficient arrival and departure process.

Key Duties

  • Check in passengers and baggage using manual and computer systems
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ensure compliance with airline procedures and regulations
  • Liaise with other airport departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers at all times

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a good understanding of airline procedures and regulations, as well as experience in a customer-facing role.

Working Hours

The Customer Service Representative will work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. They will be required to be flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.

Training and Development

The Customer Service Representative will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their role. This will include training on airline procedures and regulations, as well as customer service skills and conflict resolution techniques.
