Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Administrator to join our team at Original Talent Recruitment Limited. As an Accounts Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our client, a construction-based company in Fareham.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
  • Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including invoices, purchase orders, and bank reconciliations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for cost savings and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software.
  • AAT qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
