The estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Site Activation Lead to advance clinical trial start-up activities by understanding client objectives and assisting in the development of country and site distribution plans.

  • Oversee day-to-day delivery of all aspects of site activation in assigned projects.
  • Ensure each project has a site activation plan and that the study is conducted in accordance with that plan, meeting sponsor timelines and expectations, and complying with ICON/client KPIs, SOPs, reporting norms, appropriate regulations, and quality standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in life sciences.
  • Project management skills set.
  • Understanding of regulatory and submission processes in many different countries.
