Haematology Training Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Biomedical Scientist to join our Haematology team as a Training Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the training and development of our team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality patient care.
Main Responsibilities
The main responsibilities of this role include:
- To develop and implement training programs for Biomedical Scientists in Haematology, ensuring they meet the required standards and are up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.
- To monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching to improve their skills and knowledge.
- To work closely with other team leaders and managers to ensure effective communication and collaboration across the department.
- To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to training and education within the department.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree, be HCPC registered, and have experience in a similar role. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
