Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrator to provide a comprehensive administrative service to the Haematology Department.


The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and scheduling Haematology appointments, co-ordinating Governance meetings, and performing general administrative duties.


About the Role:



  • Provide administrative support to Consultants, Junior Doctors, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Manage Haematology appointments, including 2WW bookings and general clinic administration
  • Co-ordinate Governance meetings, including minute-taking
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements:



  • GCSE education or equivalent, with good passes in Maths and English
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role
