We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Patient Advisor to join our team at Optical Express in Glasgow. As a Patient Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a smooth patient journey.

- Build strong relationships with patients and provide a 5-star service
- Perform diagnostic eye scans and confidently relay patient information to the optometrist
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
