About the Role

Acolyte Group is seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Expert to join their team. This individual will be responsible for driving new revenue growth and expanding existing partnerships in the B2B solutions space.

As a key member of the sales team, you will leverage your expertise in digital headhunting, talent diagnostics, and talent intelligence to provide innovative solutions to clients. Your strong understanding of HR/Recruitment technologies and data capture, storage, and visualisation tools will enable you to effectively identify and resolve recruitment challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in B2B solutions sales. You will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal delivery teams to create compelling proposals.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive new revenue growth and expand existing partnerships
  • Leverage Acolyte Group's services and solutions to provide innovative recruitment solutions to clients
  • Work closely with the internal delivery team to create compelling proposals and deliver results-oriented sales campaigns

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
