Job Responsibilities
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for developing, delivering, and updating core training programs for internal and external audiences in collaboration with the Head of Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion. You will also assist in creating bespoke training packages and online learning modules, facilitate groupwork training sessions using trauma-informed approaches, and maintain up-to-date training materials.
