The Progress Group is seeking a dedicated Community Teacher to empower the educational journey of students in Northamptonshire.

This rewarding role involves managing a small caseload, developing personalized learning plans, and fostering strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire students to reach their full potential.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for education and a commitment to helping students overcome obstacles. They will be an excellent communicator, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and build trust with students and their families.

In this challenging yet fulfilling role, you will:
  • Manage a caseload of up to five students who require additional support
  • Develop and implement tailored learning plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support and communication
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practices and resources, promoting a culture of continuous improvement
  • Deliver engaging and effective teaching and learning experiences that inspire students to achieve their goals
