Community Education Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Community Teacher to join our dynamic team in Northamptonshire.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of up to five students with diverse and challenging needs, providing tailored academic support and essential pastoral care.
- Engage and inspire students in their communities, whether at home, local facilities, or community spaces.
- Collaborate with parents, community organizations, and stakeholders to support students and promote inclusive learning environments.
Requirements
- Hold a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards it.
- Degree or equivalent, with Maths and English to at least Level 2.
- Specialist teaching qualification in a chosen subject (desirable).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to manage student behavior effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, tailored to engage effectively with students, parents/carers, community members, and colleagues.
