Job Details

We are seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Educator to join our team at Resourcing Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs in the community.

As a Community Teacher, you will have a teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS) or be willing to work towards one, as well as a degree or equivalent and Maths and English to at least level 2.

This is an excellent opportunity to work in Northampton, offering a competitive annual salary of £40,000 - £50,000 and benefits such as term-time working, death in service x4 salary, and structured recognition awards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement educational programs in the community
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals
  • Maintain discipline and encourage good practice regarding punctuality, behaviour, and standards of work
  • Provide support to students and families as needed
