Sales Development Representative

- Drive sales growth by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present sales materials to clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay in regular contact with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Respond to customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records.
- Develop and maintain reports for the management team.
- Be available for travel to remote locations as needed.
- Results-driven individual with a strong work ethic.
Profile
- Male, aged 30-45 years.
- High School certificate, Diploma of High Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's degree.
- Experience in heavy lifting (Mobile & Crawler Crane) or small equipment business (Forklift, Boom Lift, Gensets, Compressor etc.).
- Excellent command of English required.
- Knowledge of market, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to build strong relationships.
- Proactive, passionate, and enthusiastic individual.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Able to work independently, with a team player attitude.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Own car with valid driver's license.
Working hours: Monday - Saturday, 08:00 - 17:00
