Sales Development Representative

- Drive Sales Growth by developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new accounts.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for clients.
- Prepare Essential Documents required for client agreements, and provide professional after-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients by being proactive and understanding their needs, and address any concerns or complaints in a timely and effective manner.
- Negotiate Agreements and maintain accurate records of sales and client data, ensuring a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with the management team to maintain and update sales reports, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Travel Requirements include visiting up-country locations to meet with clients and grow the business.
- A Target-Oriented individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, who can work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate is a male between 30-45 years old.
- Hold a High School certificate, Diploma of High Vocational Certificate, or Bachelor's degree.
- Have experience in heavy lifting or the small equipment business, such as Mobile & Crawler Crane or Forklift, Boom Lift, Gensets, Compressor, etc.
- Have a good command of English and knowledge of market, sales, and negotiating principles.
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to build strong relationships and present ideas effectively.
- Exhibit a Can-Do attitude, be proactive, passionate, and enthusiastic.
- Have strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Be able to work independently while being a team player.
- Have knowledge of MS Office and own a car with a valid driver's license.
