Located in London, we are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through strategic engagement with potential clients. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with expertise in selling end-to-end software development and bespoke software solutions.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of custom software solutions tailored to client needs. They will also lead generation efforts, manage sales pipelines, and cultivate opportunities for complex software sales. Additionally, they will utilize HubSpot CRM to track sales activities and refine strategies based on performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Generation: Develop and maintain outbound sales activities to build a robust pipeline for bespoke software solutions.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Cultivate relationships with prospective clients, ensuring a strong, qualified pipeline for complex software sales.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build lasting rapport with key decision-makers, effectively communicating the value of custom software solutions.
  • Opportunity Qualification & Deal Closing: Use consultative selling to identify new business opportunities and close deals, aligning bespoke software offerings with client objectives.
  • Revenue Targets & Bonuses: Consistently achieve quarterly sales goals, with the potential for up to £60,000 bonus for successful performance.
  • Sales Reporting: Utilize HubSpot CRM to track sales activities, monitor pipeline progress, and refine strategies based on performance metrics.
Requirements:

We are looking for an ambitious and intellectually curious sales professional with 2-3 years of experience in selling bespoke software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in closing complex deals and a strong understanding of bespoke software development processes. They should be able to demonstrate deep knowledge of software development processes, convey complex technical concepts in simple terms, and establish trust with stakeholders quickly.
