About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in sales, preferably in the luxury industry. They will be knowledgeable about jewellery design, materials, and manufacturing processes, with a proven track record of meeting revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. They will also be proficient in CRM and sales database systems.
Key Responsibilities- Interact with customers in a warm and approachable manner, embodying the values of our brand.
- Provide detailed product knowledge and assistance to help customers make informed decisions.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organised sales environment.
- Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies.
This is a full-time position (40 hours Monday to Friday) offering a competitive salary range of £30,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
