The Portfolio Group is looking for a dedicated Client Services Coordinator to support our consultancy team.
Role OverviewThis opportunity allows a skilled and motivated individual to excel in delivering high-quality tax consultancy services. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of consultancy cases.
Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and gather necessary information to facilitate effective consultancy cases.
- Collaborate with the consultancy team to ensure efficient task management and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit reports on consultancy cases to ensure client satisfaction.
- Update and maintain accurate records and data sheets for VIP clients.
- Review and analyze CMS system reports to optimize consultancy hours.
- Provide administrative support, including checking hours and contract statuses.
- Customer service experience in a corporate environment.
$55,000 - $72,000 per annum, based on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
