Salary: £24,962 Per Annum (Base salary £23,962 + £1,000 Unsociable Hours)

Hours: 8 hours per day, with flexibility to work varying shifts and discuss arrangements during the interview.

Location: Grimsby

Requirements:

  • Enhanced DBS check
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle

About the Role:

Nacro is a national Social Justice Charity with over 50 years of experience in changing lives, building stronger communities, and working with stakeholders to reduce crime.

The Community Accommodation Support service (CAS) is a national service across England and Wales, providing accommodation in the community with support for adult defendants who could not otherwise be bailed.

The Team provides flexible and holistic support to Residents with a wide range of support needs, aiming to support them to find and keep a stable home at the end of their CAS-2 placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients to comply with HDC/Bail conditions
  • Develop realistic and achievable Support Plans to access and use housing and accommodation services
  • Ensure unique, inclusive, and person-centred Support Plans and Risk Assessments
  • Provide weekly support to Residents to engage with their support plan and contribute to achieving their objectives and aspirations
  • Support Residents to access Housing Benefit to avoid escalating rent arrears
  • Manage properties within your area of responsibility to ensure they meet Decent Homes Standard
