Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent for Lincolnshire Housing Partnership.

5. Performance Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement performance management plans, driving employee growth and development.
