We are partnering with a well-established business to find a credible and experienced HR Generalist for a brand new critical role. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will advise, support, and lead on all HR matters, including:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition
- Employee relations and engagement
- Performance management and development
- Policy and process implementation
- Training and projects
You will lead the recruitment of all roles in the business, building relationships with internal and external partners, and driving the implementation of the company's employment survey.
