About the Role

We are partnering with a well-established business to find a credible and experienced HR Generalist for a brand new critical role. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will advise, support, and lead on all HR matters, including:

  • Recruitment and talent acquisition
  • Employee relations and engagement
  • Performance management and development
  • Policy and process implementation
  • Training and projects

You will lead the recruitment of all roles in the business, building relationships with internal and external partners, and driving the implementation of the company's employment survey. You will also source and organize training using the apprenticeship levy, ensure key HR metrics are updated, and work alongside the SLT to build a performance-driven culture.
