About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Housing Support Worker to join our team at Longhurst Group. As a Housing Support Worker, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent support services to our customers, promoting their wellbeing and independence.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized support to customers, taking into account their unique needs and circumstances.
- Provide practical and emotional support to customers with complex needs, focusing on their strengths and promoting person-centered care.
- Manage incidents of anti-social behavior in accordance with our policies and procedures, offering advice and support to maintain tenancies.
- Effectively record information on our IT systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Requirements
- A strong background in a similar role, supporting individuals with complex needs.
- Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to provide advice and guidance to customers.
- A supportive and caring nature, with a strong commitment to promoting the wellbeing and independence of our customers.
- A full driver's license and access to a vehicle, to enable travel to customers across North East Lincs.
