Key Responsibilities- Provide advice and guidance on housing and support options, including access to and engagement with these services.
- Signpost individuals to other services that may aid in meeting their support needs.
- Work closely with the Service Manager and Community Links and Assessment Co-ordinator to deliver a high-quality support service.
- Support individuals in achieving their goals, including improved mental health, tenancy sustainment, and maximization of independent living skills.
- Collaborate with landlords and accommodation providers to ensure individuals receive the necessary support.
