Job Summary:

Cameron Clarke Associates is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Duty/Facilities Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our leisure facility, while also driving revenue growth and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Experience: Ensure that all customers have a fantastic time at our facility, providing exceptional service and support to meet their needs.
  • Team Management: Inspire, coach, and develop your team to be the best version of themselves, driving high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations: Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the facility, ensuring it is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
  • Commercial: Drive performance across all revenue lines, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing new business plans to increase revenue.
  • Financial: Take responsibility for budgets, banking, and stock control, ensuring accurate and timely financial management.
  • Shift Work: Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing business, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong business acumen, with experience in promoting and growing revenue lines.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business.
  • Valid driving license.
