The Recruitment Co. is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to join our team at a busy leisure facility. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment that offers first-class sports and leisure facilities for parties and casual bookings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the facilities to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction. This will involve working closely with the events and functions team to coordinate events and activities, as well as maintaining the facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.

The role will require a minimum of 40 hours per week, with hours subject to the demands of events and functions. This may include evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the facilities to ensure a high level of service and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate events and activities with the events and functions team
  • Maintain the facilities to ensure they are clean, safe, and well-maintained
  • Work closely with the events and functions team to ensure a smooth and successful events program

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
