About the Role

This part-time maintenance position is a vital and diverse role within our organisation. Working 20 hours a week (over either 5 or 4 days, with no weekend work) starting at 7/7.30am, duties will include:

  • Keeping yards clean and tidy
  • De-icing in winter as required
  • Removing weeds from the grounds
  • Painting and decorating
  • Basic plumbing and electrics
  • Warehouse cleaning with automated floor scrubber
  • Minor repair work
  • PAT testing - training will be provided
About the Ideal Candidate

The right maintenance person will possess:

  • General maintenance skills - carpentry, plumbing, basic electrics, etc.
  • Good communication skills
  • Excellent team player
