Facilities Manager

Our client, a leading leisure facility, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the facility's operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Oversee the management of events and functions, ensuring that they are executed to a high standard.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage the facility's budget, including financial planning, forecasting, and reporting.
- Lead and develop a team of staff, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing events and functions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business plans.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
