Facilities Manager

Our client, a leading leisure facility, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the facility's operations, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades.
- Oversee the team, providing guidance and support to ensure they are working effectively.
- Develop and implement business plans to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, banking, and stock control to ensure financial stability.
- Work a varied schedule, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the facility.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in facilities management, preferably in a leisure or sports environment.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with customers, staff, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel.
