Facilities Manager

My client, a leading leisure facility, is seeking an experienced facilities manager to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the facility, providing an exceptional customer experience, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Facing: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every visitor has a fantastic experience.
- Team Management: Inspire, coach, and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
- Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational facility at all times.
- Commercial: Drive revenue growth across all lines, implementing new business plans and strategies.
- Financial: Manage budgets, banking, and stock control with precision.
- Flexibility: Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business.

Requirements:
