We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at a busy leisure facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre is clean, safe, and fully operational at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Facing: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers have a fantastic time every time they visit.
- Team Management: Inspire, coach, and develop your team to be the best version of themselves every day.
- Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, including maintenance, repairs, and health and safety.
- Commercial: Drive performance across all revenue lines and implement new business plans to grow revenue.
- Financial: Manage budgets, banking, and stock control to ensure financial stability.
- Flexibility: Work a mixture of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business.
Requirements:
- Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing business, including leisure centres, nightclubs, and visitor attractions.
- Strong business acumen and ability to promote and grow revenue lines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license.
