Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Facing: Deliver an exceptional customer experience, ensuring customers have a fantastic time every time they visit.

  • Flexibility: Work a mixture of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a fast-paced customer-facing business, including leisure centres, nightclubs, and visitor attractions.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to promote and grow revenue lines.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driving license.
