Facilities Operations Manager

The Recruitment Co. is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join our client's team in a busy leisure facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the facility's events and functions, including parties and casual bookings
• Ensure that the facility is maintained to a high standard, including cleaning and maintenance
• Supervise a team of staff to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively
• Manage the facility's budget and resources to ensure that they are used effectively
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 40 hours per week availability, including evenings and weekends. They will also have experience in facilities management, preferably in a leisure facility setting. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator and team player, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
