Facilities Operations Manager

Our client, a leading leisure facility, is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to join their team. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the facility, providing an exceptional customer experience, and driving commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Experience: Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring customers have a fantastic time every time they visit.
- Team Management: Inspire, coach, and develop your team to achieve their full potential.
- Operations: Maintain a clean, safe, and fully operational facility at all times.
- Commercial: Drive revenue growth across all lines, implementing new business plans and strategies.
- Financial: Manage budgets, banking, and stock control, ensuring financial stability and growth.
- Flexibility: Work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the demands of the business.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment, such as nightclubs, style bars, visitor attractions, or fitness clubs.
- Strong business acumen, with experience in promoting and growing revenue lines.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- A driving license is essential for this role.
