Job Title: Technical Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at UP3, a leading ServiceNow partner. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for working closely with our major and strategic customers to help them maximize the value of the ServiceNow platform.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our customers. You will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with customers to understand their ServiceNow needs and develop strategies to maximize their adoption and utilization of the platform.
  • Collaborating with our delivery teams to ensure that customer demands are met and that the delivery teams are equipped to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and capabilities, and sharing your knowledge with customers to help them get the most out of the platform.
  • Identifying opportunities for customers to expand their ServiceNow consumption and adoption, and working with our sales teams to develop and execute plans to achieve these goals.
