Job Overview
A leading provider of privately funded healthcare in the UK seeks a dedicated and experienced Senior Staff Nurse to join their Paediatric Neurorehabilitation and Complex Care Inpatient Ward in London.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of the department, supporting and mentoring junior nurses, implementing and evaluating holistic care plans for children in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, and participating in audits or quality improvement projects to enhance the care provided.

About the Role
This varied role includes guiding and supporting junior nurses, leading the unit in the absence of the Sister/Charge Nurse, and contributing to the development of clinical governance policies.
