Nursery Team Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Nursery Practitioner to manage our nursery team in Westminster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to our young children, while also building positive relationships with families and the wider community.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development principles, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Job Description:

  • Manage a team of nursery staff to provide high-quality care and education to children aged 2-4 years.
  • Develop and implement creative and age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Work closely with parents to address individual needs and ensure the best possible outcomes for children.
  • Ensure the nursery is a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all children.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher).
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development principles.
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £95-£120 per annum.
