We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Lead Child Protection Specialist to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a Senior Social Worker, you will be responsible for assessing complex cases, developing care plans, and leading interventions to ensure positive outcomes for children and families in the Medway area.

We require a qualified and experienced Social Worker with post-qualifying training and registration with Social Work England. You will need to have a sound knowledge and experience in child protection, court work, and relevant legislation, guidance, standards, and local policies.

The ideal candidate will be able to undertake focused, analytical assessments and SMART plans that have clear objectives and outcome measures. You will also demonstrate expert and effective practice in complex situations, including relationship and strengths-based practice. Collaborative working with children, young people, families, and various organizations is a key aspect of this role.
