Job Purpose
As the Relationship Manager/Head of Community for CWIEME, you will play a pivotal role in maximizing attendance and engagement between buyers and suppliers across our diverse event products, including Connect @ CWIEME. You will lead the Community and Client Engagement Team, directly contributing to the event's success by ensuring high attendance from in-demand individuals and providing them with an exceptional experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute buyer acquisition and participation strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Manage a detailed supplier onboarding plan to ensure seamless transitions from sale to engagement in our events.
- Oversee engagement metrics across various stages tailored to each event, ensuring robust participation from both suppliers and buyers.
- Leverage your deep industry understanding to build strong relationships and drive engagement.
- Utilize your extensive product knowledge and execution expertise to achieve key acquisition and engagement metrics throughout the event lifecycle.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Hyve Group as a Relationship Manager/Head of Community for CWIEME. You will be responsible for developing and managing the buyer acquisition plan, collaborating with the Head of Marketing and Digitization Director to identify growth opportunities and set sector-specific targets aligned with overarching show goals.
Requirements
- Confidence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Track record of delivering results to the business and to clients, with positive feedback from colleagues and clients.
- Experience running client meetings and internal team meetings.
- Experience analysing and reporting results, including use of digital metrics.
- Experience managing people, directly or indirectly.
- Confident, clear, and compelling communication skills to convey information succinctly through various media to engage and inform the audience.
- Strong skills in building and developing relationships with customers, actively listening to their needs, and negotiating to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ability to take prompt action to accomplish objectives with creativity, energy, and tenacity to overcome obstacles.
- Ability to make decisions based on data analysis, using insights to guide strategies and continuously improve performance.
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and ensure smooth operations.
