Job Summary:

Altum Consulting is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Community Management to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing our community engagement efforts, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and developing strategies to promote our mission and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement community engagement strategies to promote our mission and values
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community leaders, organizations, and individuals
  • Manage community outreach and education efforts, including events, workshops, and online platforms
  • Develop and maintain a community engagement plan, including metrics and evaluation tools
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on community engagement efforts and outcomes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in community management, stakeholder relations, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful community engagement strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform community engagement efforts
