Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned community engagement expert to drive our community agenda and ensure that our brand remains at the heart of each community we serve. As Head of Community Engagement, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that foster strong relationships with local communities, promote our brand, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies that align with our brand values and objectives.
  • Lead a team of Regional Community Managers, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and HR, to ensure seamless integration of community engagement initiatives.
  • Manage community events, activations, and partnerships that promote our brand and drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain training programs for community managers, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Monitor and report on community engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in community engagement, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans, with a focus on community engagement and business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
