Job Opportunity

Employment Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Administrator to join our team on a temporary contract. As a Document Controller, you will play a crucial role in supporting our dynamic team and contributing to the success of our projects.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to manage various administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of project activities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Document Control: Manage document control, including handling submittals and maintaining records.
  • Purchasing Support: Assist with purchasing, including planning, tracking, and cash flow analysis.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee credit management with suppliers to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Document Organisation: Scan, sort, and organise documents within the project folder.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in a Document Control or Technical Admin role.
  • Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational skills.
  • IT Systems: Strong IT & Systems experience.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience within an Engineering or Manufacturing sector.

Working Arrangements

This is a full-time position, working 0830am – 1700pm (Mon-Thurs) and 0830am-1430pm (Fri). The contract duration is expected to be 6-12 months.
