We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Director of Display Solutions to lead our displays category in Burnley.

This is a key role requiring someone with strong commercial skills, excellent leadership abilities and a deep understanding of the Audio Visual market.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams and driving business growth, as well as a strong network of contacts within the industry.

The salary for this role is estimated to be £70,000 per annum, plus a bonus of up to £20,000.

Benefits include a car allowance of £5,000, pension scheme, healthcare and life assurance.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of Product Managers and Product Specialists to achieve targets and KPIs
  • Managing relationships with vendors such as Samsung, LG and Sharp NEC
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to drive growth and profitability

Please note that we are looking for someone who has experience working in the IT and AV distribution sector.
