Children's Home Team Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to support and care for young people in our children's home in Wisbech.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading a small staff team and helping our young people increase their confidence and sense of belonging through various activities and hobbies.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting and caring for young people with emotional and behavioural needs

- Helping our young people increase their confidence and sense of belonging
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits including comprehensive induction, ongoing training and career progression, pension scheme, paid for enhanced DBS, wellbeing support and more.
Our children's home is a small and nurturing environment that supports independence and self-care skills. We are proud of our Good Ofsted rating and hope to continue improving to provide the best possible care for our young people.
