Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract in Liverpool. As a key member of the HR department, you will provide strategic support to senior management and Directors, ensuring effective HR strategies are implemented across business areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • BUILD A HIGH-PERFORMANCE CULTURE by reinforcing company values and behaviours through performance management capabilities.
  • Represent HR at weekly and monthly management meetings, driving HR actions and solutions.
  • Align HR initiatives with desired outcomes, ensuring prompt resolution of cases.
  • Maintain ownership of HR case management, identifying solutions independently where possible.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR, preferably in a similar role or transport industry.
  • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
