Senior HR Advisor Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor to join our team in Liverpool. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR, particularly in employee relations and people management. They will work closely with senior managers and executives to develop and implement best practice HR solutions that meet our business needs.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies across various areas of the business
  • Support the business with employee relations cases
  • Coach leaders on people-related matters
  • Promote a positive workplace culture
  • Contribute to the assessment and improvement of HR practices

Essential Skills Required:
  • Proven experience in HR
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with senior stakeholders
  • Passionate about promoting a positive workplace culture

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
