The Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our client's team. As a key member of the leadership group, you will be responsible for establishing and driving the HR function to meet the needs of the business.

Your primary objective will be to professionalise the HR function, ensuring that our client has the right people and processes in place to achieve their strategic goals.

You will take ownership of all people-related matters, including talent management, regional expansion, and HR KPIs. Your entrepreneurial approach to HR should demonstrate business impact and achievements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR processes within a dynamic organisation.
  • Determine future business needs and shape the HR function to deliver them.
  • Take ownership of HR KPIs and drive improvements.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with the company's overall strategy. Your excellent communication skills and ability to take ownership will make you an ideal candidate for this role.

A competitive salary of £52,500 - £62,500 + package is on offer, reflecting the importance of this position in driving business growth and success.
