Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in NW10. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving territory revenue and delivering profit in line with margin expectations and targets.

Responsibilities:
  • Handling incoming enquiries from all channels, commercially reviewing them and taking appropriate action.
  • Completing customer surveys via telephone, video call, and self-survey information.
  • Recording all enquiries/quotations in Navision.
  • Identifying customer buying criteria.
  • Pricing and bounce analysis to gauge customer reaction.
  • Accurate costings via costing form and table.
  • Determining margin through factors such as move date, insurance value, competition, and customer confidence in brand.
  • Insurance sales and uplifts.
  • Introducing affiliate revenue streams.
  • Preparing and submitting quotations to customers.
  • Seeing jobs through to conclusion and maintaining records in Navision.
  • Working with the Operations team to establish appropriate service standards and proactively seek service improvements.

The successful Sales Consultant will have proven sales experience with demonstrable consultative, negotiating, and influencing skills. First-class communication skills and approachability are essential.
