About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Engagement Coordinator to join our team at Hollybank Trust. As an Engagement Coordinator, you will play a vital role in planning, creating, and leading on planned activities that promote the well-being and inclusion of adults with profound and multiple learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver a sustainable and adaptable enrichment programme that meets the diverse needs and interests of our adults.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with our adults, families, and support staff to ensure person-centred care plans are met.
  • Liaise with internal and external professionals to maximise the effectiveness of the programme.
  • Evidence adult engagement and involvement through various methods, including photos and videos.
