The successful candidate must possess a full driving licence and preferably hold a current CSCS Card. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus opportunities for career growth and development.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to tenants, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
  • Provide clear and concise information to tenants regarding work schedules, timelines, and completion dates.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with neighbourhood housing associations and other stakeholders.
  • Chair tenant forum meetings to keep tenants informed about works being carried out and gather feedback.
