Vulnerable Customer Liaison Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Vulnerable Customer Liaison professional to join our team in Cardiff.

The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to emergency and priority calls from vulnerable customers, carrying out routine visits to sheltered housing schemes, and dealing with sensitive and emergency situations.

As a key member of our client's support staff, you will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and a genuine desire to help and support those in need.

Key Requirements:

  • Possess or be willing to undertake an enhanced DBS check.
  • Hold a full UK driver's license and have access to a vehicle.
  • Be willing to work unsociable hours (preferably).
