Service Details

Creative Support's Chorley ABI Service will provide a bespoke adapted supported living service for an individual with complex needs. The Home and Community Service Director will be responsible for overseeing the service's delivery and ensuring the highest standards of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing operational leadership for the service throughout mobilization and ongoing delivery
  • Developing personalized support plans and working closely with the tenant and their family
  • Managing and deploying staff effectively to meet the needs of service users

The successful candidate will have prior experience in social care, particularly in supporting individuals with complex needs, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A relevant social care qualification (RNLD, BASW, DipSW Diploma Level 5) and clean driving license are essential for this role.
